Due to the nature of our business with custom styles, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Please contact us if you have any problems with our rubber molds and we will be glad to accommodate you to replace your rubber mold.

We require that you return defective rubber molds and once received, we will immediately replace your order.
